The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Air Purifier is capable of cleaning air pollutants from natural and man-made contaminants, reducing the harmful impact of air pollution for all family members. The HealthMate Air Purifier cleans the air of smoke, fumes, pollens, dander, mite dust, allergens, aerosols, chemical vapors and many other particulates found in our environment.
The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. HM200 is very quiet and will not disturb you even when sleeping. It is portable and lightweight, making it easily moved from room to room.The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Air Purifier has a 360 degree intake from all sides of the unit and a directional air outlet that allows you to direct clean purified air upward towards the ceiling. Its housing is a baked-on, coated steel frame with modern interior components designed to run continuously for years. It does not emit any noxious gases or odors.
The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Air Purifier HM200 measures 16.5"x11"x11" and weighs 18 lbs. On its highest setting, this air cleaner circulates 200 cfm of air. It has a bottom plate which can be easily be removed for filter access. Complete with a fan and motor assembly, the Austin Air HealthMate Jr. has a three speed control switch, operates at 120 volts and runs on 80 watts of power at the highest setting. The filter assembly is a High Efficiency Particle Arresting (HEPA) unit with a activated carbon blend core embedded with carbon/zeolite weighing 8 lbs. The HEPA is a medical filter medium capable of trapping 99.97% of all polluting particulates as small as 0.3 microns and 95% of particles as small as 0.1 micron. This unit comes with a filter that has an exterior PERMAFILT pre-filter designed to trap large dust particles and can be vacuumed from the outside to eliminate costly filter changes. These Austin Air Cleaners can purify air in an area of up to 700 feet, come with a 5 year parts and labor warranty, and a 5 year pro-rated filter guarantee.

I bought the HealthMate Jr. It is a compact size, space-saving unit and is quiet on the first and second settings. This air purifier works well for the price. Even more importantly, I don’t have to spend money every year for a new replacement filter. It is a full HEPA quality that great for those who really needs that in a home. I have the Healthmate Jr. in my bedroom and it has eliminated most of the dust from the air and I don’t need to clean any dust off of surfaces since I started running it. Air purifiers are a must for condo or apartment living. They get rid of neighbor smells from cookouts, cigarettes, cooked meals and anything else neighbors do to create smells. They are also great for allergies and cleaning your place of dust. I bought the HealthMate and It draws all the dust and blows out clean air.
